Chorus Testup and Audition Requirements

Enrollment in Concert Choir requires an audition. To audition for Concert Choir, students should prepare to sing "O Shenandoah" - two verses with the accompaniment provided, sight-read 8 bars of a melody, take a theory quiz, and sing vocal warmup exercises. Contact Rana Strickland ([email protected]) for music and accompaniment tracks to O Shenandoah, or to request an alternate audition time. Click here to sign up for an audition time.

There are no other testup requirements to move up from one chorus class to another, since the chorus classes are arranged by age, not skill level.
